We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants their work to make a difference to the disadvantaged children and young people Rafiki Thabo support in Kenya, Uganda and Lesotho. The role requires a marketing all-rounder with strong digital marketing experience. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with enough experience to take the lead in their role. Reporting to our Head of Fundraising you will also work closely with our Director.
This is the role for you if you like the idea of having flexibility, autonomy and opportunity to help shape the future of our digital marketing and supporter journeys alongside our Head of Fundraising, with the freedom to use your creativity. You will be part of a new direction for a small charity with great aspirations – instrumental in driving growth through optimised stewardship and external visibility.
Fully remote and flexible working hours, the role is part-time (15 hours per week plus 4 floating hours on demand). Permanent after 6 months’ probation, or freelance. £27,000 Full Time Equivalent if employed. If freelance day rates can be discussed.
