We are honoured to have two incredible patrons – Amar Latif OBE and Harry Baker.
Patrons can make such an enormous difference to the work and reach of a charity, helping raise awareness, promote publicity, and give credibility to and elevate the charity profile.
Amar Latif OBE is an inspirational TV presenter, adventurer, world-traveller and entrepreneur. Amar lost his sight at 18 years old, but with his determination not to let his perceived disability stand in his way and with the support of his family, he went on to fulfil his dreams, pursuing a career in finance before setting up his own travel company. Amar presented our Radio 4 appeal in 2022 and subsequently agreed to become our patron – and we are over the moon!
