We are looking for a dynamic Finance and Administration Officer to join our small team to support the day-to-day running of both Rafiki Thabo Foundation and its trading subsidiary ACACIA UK. Working closely with Rafiki’s Director and ACACIA’s Shops Coordinator, you will undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. There are three main dimensions to the role:
The hours for the role will be 30 per week (can be four full-time days or spread over 5 days). The role can either be undertaken from home or from ACACIA’s office in Abingdon, depending on the preference of the person we appoint, but at least one day a week should be spent working from the ACACIA office so you will need to live within a reasonable distance from Abingdon.

We are looking for a Relief Manager to support our four charity shops in Abingdon, Wootton, Grove and Faringdon. The Relief Manager will provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and days off. Hours will vary as required but will be a minimum of 40 full days per year. If you are a car driver, love a challenge and being part of an exceptional team working hard to change lives, can be highly flexible and have previous retail experience (preferably in charity retail) then this could be the role for you. The hourly rate for this role is £9.50 per hour.
